All of our radon systems are done in downspout on the exterior of the home.  We do not use white PVC piping on the exterior of homes, for it would detract from the home.  Some companies charge extra for downspout and colors on the exteror.  We do not charge extra; this is included in our pricing 

We believe in providing services to your home the way we would want our home to look.  We do not care if the home is a $50,000 or $1,000,000 home.  The workmenship is the same.  We know your home is one of the largest investments you will make and once the radon remediation system is installed, it is a permenant fixture.  We have been at job sites to install systems from home sales and we have had sellers say, "Install it anywhere, I don't care where you put it."  We will not begin work until speaking with the buyer because we want to ensure the happiness of all parties involved.  This is going to be their home and they should have some input as well. 

As you can see from the picures of our radon systems they all go up above the eve, which is a  DEP regulation.  A lot of companies do not take it above the eve, they leave them below the eve where the sofia fascia is and it has open vents into the attic allowing the radon gas to re-enter threw the vents - this allows the radon gas to re-enter into the attic, thereby defeating the purpose of the system

Information about us

 I am certified  through the  Pennsylvania DEP (#2038 )since 1999. I have  been in the masonery field and a  general contractor  for over 30 years. By having this kind of experience, I can choose the best location for the piping on the inside and outside. This does not mean the easiest spot. We look for a discreet location. We do not just break holes through walls.  We want a neat job, not a sloppy cement patch.  We use hydralic cement and caulking to ensure a leak free job.  Other companies caulk or do a sloppy cement job. 

All systems are done with high quality material, including alcoa downspouts and products.
